| My inspiration for creating the Bread of Life Foundation came through a vision and a mission the Lord gave me to help people who are suffering from cancer or other diseases.
The Bread of Life Foundation vision is to lend or give away items to people in need. The members of the foundation have already collected and distributed some items. We have walkers, potty chairs, wheel chairs and shower chairs. |

| I was employed at the Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia for seventeen years and saw how devastating sickness and disease can be. It was my job to escort the patients to and from their treatments. Some of them would tell me about the hardships they had to endure because of their sicknesses.
During my own chemo treatments, I would hear other patients complain that the treatments and medication were so expensive. I was blessed that my insurance plan cover most of the expenses my illness incurred. So many of the other patients were having very serious problems paying for the medications that would relieve them of the side-effects the treatments caused. It is unthinkable to me that someone in the same situation may not be able to afford to pay for the pills that could possibly save their lives. The Bread of Life Foundation will be able to lend or give away items to people in need at absolutely no charge to them. We ask them to return these items when they no longer need them so that others may benefit. We would like to be in a position to help pay for their medication and doctor visits, if they are unable to do so on their on. We would like also someday to be able to supply transportation to and from the doctors office! The Bread of Life Foundation is a non-profit 501-c3 organization. All the donations to the foundation are tax-deductible. We need your donations to help us satisfy the needs of people with serious illnesses. We thank you in advance for your financial support and ask that you keep the Bread of Life in your prayers. We are truly grateful for each one of you. Lillie R. Daniels |
